Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures, adhering to established standards.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and supplies to ensure guest comfort.
- Maintain public areas like hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by performing regular cleaning tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures using industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.




- Ensure all cleaning activities are completed efficiently within designated timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for creating clean, welcoming spaces.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service principles is a plus.
