Lower Mainland Road Building Company has an immediate open and is seeking a reliable Rubber Tire Excavator Operaor to join our team.

Duties

- Operate rubber-tired excavators with precision to perform digging, lifting, and loading tasks across diverse construction projects
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to execute excavation plans and site preparations effectively
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment, ensuring all safety features and mechanical components are functioning properly
- Assist with other heavy equipment operations such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and pavers as needed
- Support project timelines by efficiently managing equipment operation and material movement

Requirements





- Proven experience operating rubber-tired excavators in a construction setting with a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation principles
- Mechanical knowledge of excavator components, hydraulic systems, and routine maintenance procedures
- Ability to operate additional machinery such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and pavers is highly desirable
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus and safety standards
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid Authorization to work in Canada

Schedule:

- 8 hour shifts M-F
- Overtime as required

Start Date: Immediate

Pay: From $42.32 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
