We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a motivated and skilled auto mechanic with an S10 license or a 2/3 apprentice with strong communication skills and a good understanding of CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general automotive repair and maintenance on vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure accurate assessments and repairs.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring customers understand the work done on their vehicle.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, including customer interaction through CRM.
- Ensure all work is performed to safety standards and in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet repair deadlines and maintain shop productivity.

Qualifications:

- S10 Mechanic License or currently enrolled as a 2/3 Apprentice in the automotive trade.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.




- Solid understanding of CRM systems and the ability to use them effectively for customer interaction and record-keeping.
- Hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
