We are hiring for an existing vacancy, seeking an enthusiastic and organized Sales Administrator to keep our sales engine running smoothly.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be working closely with the Channel Sales Team, ensuring sales staff have access to the right resources, tools, and information needed to achieve targets, generate leads, and bring in new clients.
You will be organizing the sales process, allowing the sales team to focus efforts on selling products and services rather than spending time on administrative activities such as data entry and order processing.
However, the role is not focused solely on meeting the administrative needs of the sales team and their clients but will also serve as a main point of contact for distribution partners throughout the sales cycle, providing accurate information about products and services or referring distributors to the correct sales team member. You will also ensure distributors have accurate order ETAs, which increases customer satisfaction and loyalty.
In addition, the Sales Administrator also works with other departments, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure everyone has the needed resources. Sales administration also includes tracking and measuring sales performance by analyzing data, rebate expenses, and lead generation response times.
Thank you in advance for your interest in TP-Link. We look forward to reviewing your resume!
