Sales Consultant – Perth County Chrysler (Mitchell, ON)

Perth County Chrysler in Mitchell, Ontario, is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Previous automotive or retail sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate who brings drive, robust communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Greet and build relationships with prospective buyers in person, over the phone, and via digital leads.
- Product Knowledge: Present and demonstrate key features of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to match prospective buyers with the right vehicle.
- Sales Process: Lead customers through test drives, present vehicle options, and assist through trade-in evaluations and final purchase delivery.
- Follow-Up & CRM: Maintain regular contact with current and past clients using our dealership CRM system to ensure high customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with sales management, finance, and service teams to provide a smooth customer experience.





Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required).
- OMVIC license (or willingness to obtain OMVIC certification prior to start date).
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using smartphone apps, CRM tools, and basic dealership management software.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
