Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting key benefits to customers
- Assist customers with their purchasing decisions by offering tailored recommendations and upselling relevant products
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and organize products to enhance visual appeal and accessibility
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication and professional phone etiquette
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising to meet store standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory count
- Be available all store open hours weekdays and weekends
