- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly without compromising quality





Requirements

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Solid communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end
- Experience with product demos, merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and upselling techniques is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
