POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for an experienced Sales Professional

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our in-house sales and service team at our Lac Du Bonnet location. Our sales and service team is comprised of experienced professionals who specialize in marine and powersports.

Brief Summary of the Positions' Primary Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in selecting boats, ATVs, personal watercraft, and other powersports products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, accessories, financing, and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, pricing, and warranties.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate sales,



and complete sales paperwork accurately.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to develop relationships and close sales.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance, parts, service, and management to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- automotive or marine/powersports environment

Required Experience, Education and Qualifications

- Required: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in an automotive or marine/powersports environment.
- Required: A Valid Class 5F driver's license.
- Required: Clear Criminal Record Check.
- Required: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Preferred: Education or formal training in sales is considered an asset.
