Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Sales Associate to assist with the day-to-day operation of our vape retail store. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, providing strong customer service, learning about our products, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their needs and preferences
- Learn and maintain knowledge of available devices, pods, coils, e-liquids, flavours, and accessories
- Process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately using the POS system
- Verify customer age and identification and follow all applicable vaping-product sales requirements
- Restock merchandise and keep displays organized and presentable
- Monitor inventory and notify management when products are running low
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, counters, displays, and general store area
- Open and/or close the store when scheduled and complete required opening/closing procedures




- Follow store policies regarding sales, returns, discounts, cash handling, and security
- Provide customers with basic product-use information while avoiding medical or unsupported product claims
- Report inventory discrepancies, customer incidents, or other store issues to management

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Vape store experience is preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Able to learn product information quickly
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
- Strong attention to detail
- Must meet all legal requirements applicable to employees selling age-restricted vaping products

What We’re Looking For: Someone dependable who can be trusted to run the sales floor properly, treat customers well, keep the store organized, and consistently follow age-verification and store procedures.

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
