Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant accessories or upgrades to enhance their experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining professionalism

Requirements

- Multilingual skills or bilingual ability to connect with a diverse customer base is highly desirable
- Previous experience in retail sales, or related fields is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandise displays and stock levels
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and sales excellence

Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 19.0 – 30.0 per week
