About the Role

We are a rapid growing energy savings company helping homeowners reduce their monthly bills through government supported programs.

We are expanding our Ottawa team and looking for driven, confident sales professionals who want to earn well, grow fast, and work in one of the nicest office environments in the city.

This is a performance based role for individuals who are serious about making money and improving their skillset.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Handling inbound calls from homeowners across North America
- Following up with warm, pre-qualified leads
- Explaining energy saving programs and upgrade options
- Building trust and presenting value clearly
- Booking homeowners into the next stage of the process
- Managing your pipeline and follow ups
- Hitting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets

Compensation

- $1,500 to $2,900+ per week based on performance
- Strong commission structure with consistent earning potential
- Top performers earn significantly more
