Position: Sales Support Specialist

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our office and assist customers at the parts counter. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, order processing, customer service, and supporting a smooth and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities Parts Counter Operations

- Welcome and assist customers both in-person and over the phone with product inquiries and purchases.
- Efficiently handle customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Working independently / alone in the office
- Offer product recommendations and basic technical support as needed.
- Maintain clean and organized product displays and ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Process transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and manage customer orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of parts and materials.
- Support inventory tracking and restocking activities.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled and organized for easy identification.

Sales Support

- Generate and maintain sales reports, quotations, and transaction records.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including quoting and communication follow-ups.
- Collaborate with sub-distributors on quotes, reporting, and contract-related processes.

Customer Service & Vendor Relations





- Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through consistent, high-quality service.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or parts counter roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic POS systems.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Familiarity with inventory and parts management systems is an asset.
