Role Description This is a full time, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in Chennai.

The Salesforce

Developer will design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including creating and optimizing Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring Salesforce applications, implementing business logic, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and ensuring data integrity and security.



The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and delivering scalable solutions that support business processes. The developer will also provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, perform system enhancements, and contribute to Salesforce best practices and documentation.

"Skills and Responsibilities:

- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) implementation and development.
- Design, develop, and maintain customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360, and related Salesforce platforms.
- Build and manage data ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, calculated insights, and audience segmentation.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise applications, CRM systems, and external data sources using APIs and ETL tools.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to deliver customer-centric data solutions.
- Support data governance, security, performance optimization, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem."
