Job Title: Salesforce and Service Cloud Experienced Developer

Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid)

Duration: 4 months

Rate: CAD90-CAD95/hr

Role Deliverables

- Design Copado DevOps pipelines, create deployment packages, leverage Copado
- bundling, and manage deployments
- Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative and
- programmatic capabilities - with a focus on Salesforce telephony / CTI / service
- Cloud Voice.
- Build and enhance customer and agent experiences across Customer 360, Case Management,
- Claims, Enrollment and Contact Center workflows.
- Develop integrations with enterprise platforms and third-party applications using APIs and
- integration frameworks.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- and technical designs.
- Support solution testing, deployments, defect resolution, and production support activities.
- Contribute to technical design reviews, development standards, and continuous improvement




- initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support successful sprint delivery.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience – must have
- Experience and strong skills in Copado
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice, CTI, Salesforce Telephony End-End
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, and integrations.
- Solid understanding of Service Cloud and customer service processes.
- Experience working on large-scale CRM or digital transformation programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred.
- Strong experience with DevOps tools like Jira,Jenkins, BitBucket and Git

Education

- College diploma or University degree in Computer Science or related field Experience
