Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on administration and installation experience with:
- SAP Business Intelligence (BI)
- SAP Data Services
- Strong experience with:
- Linux Operating Systems
- Windows Operating Systems
- Java-based environments
- Ability to learn recent technologies independently and proactively.
- Experience interacting directly with customers on technical operations topics.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve escalated customer support cases.
- Cloud and customer-focused mindset.
- Experience working within Cloud Operations or Support organizations supporting:
- Private Cloud environments
- Public Cloud environments
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant IT experience.
