Role: SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) Expert

Location: Remote

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on administration and installation experience with:

SAP Business Intelligence (BI)

SAP Data Services

Strong experience with

Linux Operating Systems

Windows Operating Systems

Java-based environments

Ability to learn recent technologies independently and proactively.

Experience interacting directly with customers on technical operations topics.

Proven ability to manage and resolve escalated customer support cases.

Cloud and customer-focused mindset.

Experience working within Cloud Operations or Support organizations supporting:

Private Cloud environments

Public Cloud environments

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
