We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Sauna Host to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our guests. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring guests feel comfortable, attended to, and informed about the amenities available. Your enthusiasm and friendly demeanor will help foster a positive environment where guests can unwind and enjoy their visit.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about sauna facilities and services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sauna area to ensure a hygienic setting
- Monitor guest behaviour to ensure safety protocols are followed and address any concerns promptly
- Handle guest inquiries confidently through public speaking, offering clear explanations of services and amenities
- Execute opening/closing checklists, manage towel rotations, squeegee surfaces, and perform routine spot cleaning to maintain immaculate standards
- Ensure safe access to the plunge pool & sauna temperatures,
troubleshoot minor maintenance, and report issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Previous guest services or hospitality experience preferred to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Enthusiasm for promoting wellness, relaxation, and positive guest interactions; comfort working in a lively environment
- Comfortable standing up to 8 hours, lifting up to 20 lbs, and moving between extreme temperature variations (sauna heat and outdoor/cold plunge spaces)
- Flexible schedule with availability for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts.
- CPR/AED with First Aid (can be completed during onboarding)
