Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Seasonal Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team through the busy holiday season. In this role, you will ensure customer orders are processed accurately, packaged beautifully, and shipped on time – helping us create a seamless unboxing experience for every customer during our busiest time of year.
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately pick, pack and ship customer orders during peak season, following MAJ packaging guidelines.
- Prepare packaging materials at the start and end of each day.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace.
- Assist in receiving and organizing incoming packaging shipments in the warehouse.
- Flag any product or order issues to the Fulfillment team or Operations Manager promptly.
What You Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
- Clear and qualified communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift packages and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing or logistics is an asset (but not required).
- Availability for increased hours during peak weeks (Black Friday/Cyber Monday and December) is required.
Details: Location: West 4th, Kitsilano Vancouver
Hours: Monday to Friday, part-time to start with increased hours during peak season (November–December)
Contract: Seasonal contract, mid-October to mid-January (3 months). The role concludes at the end of the contract period, with possibility of extension based on business needs.
Pay: $18-$20/hour, based on experience
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
Work Location: In person
