Duties

- Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security of staff, visitors, and property.
- Control access points by verifying credentials and managing entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity, identify suspicious behavior, and document incidents accurately.
- Respond promptly to security breaches or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.




- Enforce crowd control measures during events or peak times to maintain order and ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
- Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance documentation to maintain accurate records.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism activities and taking appropriate action.

Experience

- Previous experience in law enforcement, security services, or crowd management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to deter theft and vandalism effectively.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding swiftly to incidents or emergencies.
- Strong observational skills combined with excellent communication abilities to interact professionally with the public and team members.
- Certification in security operations or relevant training is mandatory.
