Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage and grow an established book of direct-mail business. The role centres on a small number of large accounts that will be assigned to the successful candidate. You will be their primary commercial contact, maintaining strong relationships, understanding their programs, and working with internal teams to deliver consistently.

The company also provides offset printing, digital printing, large-format solutions, and folding cartons. There is an opportunity to introduce these capabilities when they benefit an account, but direct-mail account management is the core responsibility.

Responsibilities

- Take ownership of an assigned portfolio of large direct-mail accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with client contacts and understand their ongoing program needs.
- Manage account activity, identify opportunities for growth, and support client retention.
- Coordinate with internal production and service teams on specifications, schedules, and delivery.
- Prepare proposals and pricing in collaboration with the appropriate internal teams.
- Resolve account issues promptly and maintain a high standard of client service.




- Where relevant and of interest, introduce the company’s offset, digital, large-format, or folding-carton capabilities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in direct-mail sales or account management within the print industry.
- Experience managing complex or high-value client accounts.
- Solid relationship-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of direct-mail production and the coordination needed to deliver client programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with production, estimating, and customer-service teams.
- Experience with other commercial print or packaging capabilities is an asset.

This position is best suited to a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys managing important accounts and growing them through excellent service and a clear understanding of client needs.
- Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 base salary plus commission
- Primary focus: Managing and growing an assigned book of direct-mail business, including several large accounts

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
