What your weeks will look like

- Evolve HR practices, processes and tools based on the organization’s needs and best practices;
- Ensure the evolution of total compensation practices, including salary structures, positioning, internal equity and the annual salary review process;
- Conduct market analyses and transform HR data into findings and recommendations to support decision-making;
- Develop and evolve HR indicators and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of practices and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Contribute to the simplification and automation of processes through technology and artificial intelligence;




- Ensure the evolution of HR policies and frameworks, as well as the compliance of practices with applicable requirements;
- Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to the Vice President, Talent and Culture and the HR team by conducting assessments and proposing solutions adapted to organizational challenges;
- Support the Talent and Culture team and managers in understanding and applying HR practices.

Qualifications What we’re looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent;
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in an HR generalist role and/or in HR practice development;
- In-depth experience in total compensation, particularly in market analysis, salary structures and internal equity;
- Strong knowledge of the various areas of HR expertise, sound management practices and labour law;
- Good knowledge of HRIS and a strong interest in technology;
- CHRP or CIRC designation, a robust asset;
- Ability to travel outside the country as needed;
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken. English skills are required to perform the work, as we collaborate with English-speaking partners.
