Senior Automation Developer with Blue Prism
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Developer to design, develop, and optimize automation solutions using Blue Prism, with complementary expertise in Python, SQL, and API integrations. This role will drive process transformation, collaborate on cross-functional initiatives,
and contribute to innovative automation strategies, including Intelligent Automation (IA), AI-assisted code development (e.g., GitHub Copilot), and Agentic AI frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Development: Develop RPA solutions using Blue Prism, including process design, bot configuration, and deployment.
- Intelligent Automation (IA): Integrate AI/ML capabilities (e.g., natural language processing, predictive analytics) and Agentic AI frameworks to create autonomous, decision-making automation workflows.
- AI-Assisted Coding: Leverage tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, improve code quality, and adopt modern software engineering practices.
- Technical Integration: Implement API integrations within Blue Prism and utilize Python for scripting, automation enhancements, and IA model deployment.
- Data Management: Utilize SQL Server to extract, analyze, and optimize data for automation and IA workflows.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance existing RPA/IA processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business teams, operational excellence managers, and service partners to align automation solutions with organizational goals.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Guide junior team members, conduct code/design reviews, and share insights on RPA, IA, Agentic AI, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Quality Assurance:
Coordinate QA testing, UAT, and post-implementation validation to ensure solution reliability.
- Production Support: Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to monitor bot/IA model performance and resolve production issues.
- Innovation Advocacy: Promote best practices, emerging technologies (e.g., Power Platform, IA frameworks, Agentic AI), and cutting-edge methods to improve automation outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Blue Prism (certified preferred).
- Experience with Python for automation scripting and IA/ML model integration.
- Experience in API integrations using Blue Prism.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server for data querying and management.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with Intelligent Automation and Agentic AI concepts (e.g., autonomous agents, task orchestration).
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of the Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate) is a plus.
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
