Our condominium practice is looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Senior Staff Accountant to join our audit practice being September 2026. What You’ll Do
As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will:
· Lead year-end audit engagements for condominium corporations, from planning through to completion
· Develop and foster trusting, professional relationships with clients, driving clear and timely follow-through
· Draft audit reports, management letters, and respond to client (both management and Board level) inquiries providing clarity and guidance.
· Assist with personal and corporate tax engagement (on an as needed basis)
· Build team capability by mentoring and supporting junior staff
· Collaborate with clients and partners to consistently deliver timely audits and meet our standard of excellence
Who We’re Looking For
· Minimum of 5+ years of Canadian public accounting experience in auditing is required
· Experience in non-profit and real estate and/or Ontario condominium management industries would be considered an asset
· CPA designation, active candidacy, or equivalent and demonstrated experience – we value performance and experience over designation
· Working or in-depth knowledge of Canadian GAAP (ASPE) and Canadian Auditing Standards
· Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills required to effectively and professionally communicate with clients and staff (you can clearly explain complex issues simply)
· Proficiency in CaseWare, CaseView, TaxPrep, and MS Office (Word & Excel)
· Ability to organize and manage audit engagements and review client assignments
· Sharp analytical instincts and the ability to prioritize workloads and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines without dropping the ball
· Strong and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
· Legally authorized/ able to work in Canada

This role reports to a Partner and is based in our Richmond Hill office, conveniently located near the 404 and 16th Avenue. This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations of 3+ days per week and will be expected to be in-office while training.
