- Detailed – Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience in Coupa solution architecture and implementation
- Deep techno-functional expertise across Coupa modules:

o Coupa Core o Strategic Sourcing o CSO o CLM-S and CLM-A o RPM-A (including SIM and CRA) o Coupa Category Strategy (Cirtuo)

o AI Classification o Coupa AI, Navi and Contract Intelligence o Advanced Analytics

- Robust Retail and CPG industry experience
- Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture across Coupa platform
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architecture (APIs, CSV, middleware)
- Manage global implementations and phased rollouts
- Define product roadmap and deployment strategy
- Deep knowledge of industry best practices on Source-to-Pay (S2P)
- Provide strategic consulting on procurement transformation




- Advise on optimal solution design aligned to business needs
- Define future-state procurement operating models
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership
- Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reports
- Design and manage integrations with ERP and enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience with APIs and file-based integrations (CSV)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML use cases in procurement
- Manage stakeholder engagement including C-level executives
- Deliver executive presentations and strategic reporting
- Advanced ability to interpret complex procurement data
- Develop data-driven strategies and business cases
- Relevant Coupa certifications
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S4 Hana, etc.)
