The Senior
Director will play a crucial role within the CIB’s Indigenous and Northern Infrastructure team, leading investment initiatives that align with the needs of First Nation, Métis, and Inuit communities. This position demands over a decade of experience in infrastructure finance and project management, ensuring optimal structuring and execution of financial transactions. You'll also oversee due diligence and develop strategic insights into market trends relevant to Indigenous investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all phases of investment transactions and advisory mandates
- Build a robust pipeline of investment opportunities
- Manage integrated investment processes and timelines
- Provide oversight of due diligence evaluations
- Develop junior team members and contribute to performance management Requirements:
- 10+ years of direct infrastructure investing experience
- Relevant undergraduate degree; advanced degree is a plus
- Direct experience benefiting Indigenous communities
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
