We're looking for a Senior Fabricator who takes pride in their craft and brings several years of hands-on experience to the role. If you have a solid background in fabrication and welding, can work independently with minimal training, and are looking for an opportunity to contribute your skills while continuing to grow, this could be a great fit.

What You Bring• Several years of hands-on experience in fabrication and welding

- Comfort reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings accurately
- Ability to work independently with minimal training and supervision
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to mentor and train less experienced team members

What You’ll Do• Weld and fabricate components to specification
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings with accuracy and attention to detail
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble components
- Use hand tools and metalworking equipment safely and effectively
- Troubleshoot fabrication and welding issues and make adjustments as needed
- Learn and operate other processes such as robotic welding, pipe finishing, heat treating, and CNC machining
- Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members as you gain familiarity with Wellmaster's processes
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and collaborative work environment

What We Offer• Stable full-time employment with opportunities for growth
- Competitive hourly wage: $27.00 - $30.00/hour
- Great Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, allowing you to have a life outside of work
- Shift Premium:



This is rare and is on an as-needed basis. You’ll receive $0.75/hour as a shift premium for afternoon shifts (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Comprehensive advantages package, including medical, dental, and insurance beginning on the first of the month following completion of orientation term
- Group RRSP plan, beginning March 1, following 2,000 hours of employment
- Profit-sharing and annual pension contribution
- Vacation pay paid out before vacation or twice annually (June and December) + 2 paid sick/family days
- Safety boots (one pair) and prescription eyewear (one pair, if required) reimbursement, up to $200.00 every two years
- Team branded uniforms, supplied upon completion of your orientation term

Growth Path• Orientation Term (520 hours @ $27.00 per hour): At the end of your orientation term, you will receive a performance score. Should you earn a "satisfactory or better" score, your rate of pay will increase to $28.50 per hour.

- Mid-Term (next 520 hours @ $28.50 per hour):

At the end of your mid-term, you will receive another performance score. Should you earn a "satisfactory or better" score, your rate of pay will increase to $30.00 per hour.
- After 1,040 hours ($30.00 per hour + annual reviews and pay increases):

In December of each year,



your performance and skill levels will be evaluated with you and rates of pay will be increased accordingly. Performance Scores

(a) Demonstrated commitment to a safe workplace (b) Production rates at targets set by supervisor/mentor

(c) No attendance infractions

(d) Show a willingness to learn multi-skills and work with all team members
