Location: Griesbach, Edmonton

Position: Senior Floral Designer

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Wage: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced floral designer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on floral design experience. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, has a solid sense of style and creativity, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create fresh floral arrangements for everyday occasions, weddings, events, and holidays
- Communicate with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences




- Manage flower care, preparation, and display
- Receive and process floral shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace
- Assist with merchandising and shop displays
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining design quality

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of professional floral design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of floral styles and techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of floral care and current trends
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
