Gloucester

Senior Instructor, Team & Growth Lead (Contract)

Boxing 4 Health | Ottawa (East End home base) | $37–$45/hour depending on experience

We're turning 10, and we're not slowing down. More members, more classes, and more people living with Parkinson's who deserve a place to fight back.

To get there, we need a leader on the floor. Someone who can coach a great class, rally a team, and turn “I'm interested” into “See you Tuesday.”

About Us For 10 years, Boxing 4 Health has helped seniors and people living with Parkinson's get stronger, steadier, and more confident. Our neuro-informed programming was built in-house by our founder and head of physiotherapy, shaped by years of input from our instructors on the floor. It blends non-contact boxing, functional strength, cognitive games, voice work, and fine motor training, and we collaborate with the University of Ottawa on research studies.

We run classes at three Ottawa locations — East End, West End, and our HQ off Maitland — and in retirement homes, and we train instructors across Canada through our certification program. We're a small business with big plans, and we're building our leadership to match.

The Opportunity A hands-on leadership role at our East End location with three parts: teaching standout classes, rallying our instructor team, and helping more people say yes to Boxing 4 Health. It's a few days a week to start, with room to grow as we do.

We do our best to keep you at your preferred location, and we ask for some flexibility to help out at our other locations when a teammate needs backup.
