Reporting to the Portfolio Director, Transformation, you act as the Business Analyst supporting a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives — including ERP lifecycle resilience, cybersecurity programs, cloud migration, vendor management, and enterprise technology enablement. You bridge business stakeholders, architects, infrastructure and application teams, cybersecurity specialists, vendors, and governance bodies, operating within Agile, Kanban, and hybrid delivery frameworks. You identify needs, propose improvement solutions, and support implementation teams in achieving expected benefits, translating complex technical concepts into business-focused outcomes.
What you will accomplish with us:
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements elicitation, business case development, opportunity assessments, and solution analysis.
- Coordinate and be accountable for Business Analyst deliverables across assigned projects, planning the approach, activities, and governance of business analysis work in accordance with Master PMO practices.
- Create business, functional, and non-functional requirements, user stories, process models, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
- Support cybersecurity, ERP, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, data, and vendor management initiatives.
- Partner with sponsors, project owners, business leaders, architects, and technical teams to define solutions and assess alternatives.
- Facilitate backlog refinement, Kanban planning, sprint planning, prioritization activities, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Support PMO governance, stage-gate deliverables, project reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, cloud, and application teams to document solution requirements and operational impacts.
- Evaluate the performance and value of implemented solutions and formulate recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in evaluating emerging technologies, cybersecurity capabilities, and modernization opportunities.
- Obtain stakeholder consensus on proposed changes and approval from the person in charge at each stage of the business analysis process.
- Support change management activities, helping stakeholders adapt to new processes or systems.
- All other responsibilities inherent to the position.
Data Analysis & Information Management
- Perform advanced data analysis in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas,
dashboards, reconciliation, validation, and transformation.
- Work with large datasets to identify trends, data quality issues, anomalies, control gaps, and business insights.
- Transform, cleanse, normalize, and manage data within SharePoint Lists and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Support data migration activities, KPI development, governance reporting, and management reporting.
- Develop source-to-target mappings, reconciliation processes, and data validation approaches.
What You Bring to Our Team:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
- 7-10 years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise-level technology initiatives.
- Proven experience working across both enterprise applications and infrastructure-focused projects.
- Experience operating within Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments, with exposure to large-scale ERP programs.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, gap analysis, use case development, and creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and related artifacts.
- Advanced workshop facilitation and process mapping skills using BPMN 2.0 and Microsoft Visio.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Application Support, and third-party vendors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SharePoint, including SharePoint Lists, document management, permissions management, reporting structures, and data management solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, ERP,
cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or enterprise data platform initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with security tool implementations, governance programs, risk remediation, or control remediation projects.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Vulnerability Management
- Security Operations
- Cloud Security
- Enterprise Security Controls
- Common threat vectors and emerging cybersecurity trends
- Familiarity with industry security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Infor ERP is considered a strong asset.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is considered a strong asset.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is considered an asset.
