The Capital Markets

Controllership team at CIBC is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and validity of reported results for all Capital Markets lines of business. As a Senior Manager within the Business Initiatives & Analytics (BIA) team, you'll provide in-depth advice to partners across the Front Office, Infrastructure groups (Operations, Technology, and Risk), CFO, and other Finance teams.

Your role will focus on supporting the implementation of recent products, initiatives, and systems. You'll be integral to executing complex accounting investigations and continuous improvement initiatives for end-to-end Finance processes supporting Capital Markets products. You'll actively participate in high-complexity projects to enhance and upgrade new and existing programs, products, or services by researching relevant data and developing proposals and recommendations. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on‑site, while other days will be remote.
