POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM)



Specialist / Organizational Change Management Practitioner will develop the OCM practice change strategies for complex business and transformation initiatives. The role partners with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to support organizational readiness, employee adoption, and successful implementation of change. As a change advisor, the position provides strategic guidance, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, coaching, and adoption support to help the organization manage change effectively and sustain business outcomes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and lead change management strategies, plans, and activities for assigned initiatives.
- Assess stakeholder impacts, organizational readiness, adoption risks, and change barriers.
- Advise leaders, sponsors, and project teams on change approach, risks, communications, and readiness needs.
- Engage stakeholders and facilitate planning sessions to support alignment, commitment, and adoption.
- Partner with various teams to align change activities, messaging, and learning support.
- Develop change communications, leader messaging, readiness updates, and stakeholder materials.
- Coach leaders and people managers to help them lead teams through change.
- Track readiness, adoption, issues, risks, and lessons learned; recommend actions to support successful outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of change management methods, tools, and practices.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES

- Dedicated to the principles of exceptional service, committed to responding to, anticipating, and addressing customer needs,



for both internal and external customers.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum seven years of progressive experience leading organizational change management initiatives, preferably in cross-functional, or enterprise environments.
- Experience advising leaders, managing stakeholder engagement, assessing readiness and impacts, supporting communications and training, and driving adoption.
- Prosci Change Management Certification is preferred; Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, coaching, consulting, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, work collaboratively, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
