Senior Project Manager – Retail & Creative Production

Toronto, ON | Onsite | Permanent | $90,000–$110,000

Our client, a leading Canadian content and creative production organization, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing Retail & Commercial Operations team. This role will support a major national retail account and oversee high-volume, integrated projects spanning print, digital, e-commerce, photography and other omnichannel deliverables .

The Senior Project Manager will act as the central point of coordination from approved brief through final delivery — building integrated project plans, managing scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, approvals and risks, and bringing together cross-functional teams across creative, production, digital, data and client stakeholders. This is a fast-paced setting with multiple overlapping projects, so the ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on PM who can anticipate challenges, adapt plans quickly and confidently drive projects forward.

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years of project management experience within retail marketing, creative production, integrated agency, e-commerce content or a related environment
- Experience managing complex, high-volume projects across multiple channels,



ideally including print, digital, web/e-commerce and photography
- Strong experience building integrated project plans and managing scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, approvals and risks
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight and shifting deadlines
- Strong client-facing and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- A calm, solutions-oriented approach with the confidence to hold teams and stakeholders accountable
- Experience improving workflows, processes and overall project visibility
- Strong technology aptitude and an interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency
- Experience with modern project management/workflow platforms; ClickUp experience is an asset
- PMP, CAPM or Agile certification is considered an asset
