What You’ll Do:

- Empower Clients & Clinicians: Provide exceptional therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals. There is an opportunity to also provide supervision and mentorship to provisional psychologists and practicum students.
- Provide Therapy Services: Offer therapy to individuals, and ideally, couples and families
- Innovate & Collaborate: Lead and collaborate with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

- Registered Psychologist: We are seeking a Fully Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) with extensive experience in therapy and complex cases. We are not accepting applications for Provisional Psychologists at this time.
- Supervision: We are looking for a Registered Psychologist who is able to offer supervision to Provisional Psychologists and Psychology Practicum Students.
- Experience & Expertise:



A minimum of 5 years experience in providing therapy services to individuals, couples, or families, with a robust understanding of evidence-based practices. Interest and ability to provide supervision is an asset.
- Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
- Team Leader: Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a supportive and thriving team environment.
- Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite and Jane.

Background Requirements:

- Graduate Degree in Mental Health Field: The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology (or equivalent).
- Professional Registration in Alberta: Must be fully registered and in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).
