On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager: Salesforce CRM Transformation to join our Client’s team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is Hybrid and the Client is based in Vancouver, BC .

Summary of the Role The Senior Project Manager will lead a complex, multi-year Salesforce transformation program, initially focused on modernizing graduate admissions and administrative workflows within Salesforce Education Cloud. The role will oversee delivery from discovery through implementation and subsequently support additional initiatives within an enterprise CRM roadmap.

This position requires extensive experience managing complex enterprise software implementations, solid Salesforce platform knowledge, and demonstrated success navigating decentralized public-sector or higher-education environments.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead a large-scale Salesforce transformation program from discovery through implementation.
- Manage concurrent workstreams involving system replacement and the modernization of administrative workflows.
- Establish and maintain rigorous project plans, health metrics, risk controls, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Identify delivery risks and roadblocks early and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Partner with Salesforce platform leadership to support the development and execution of the long-term enterprise CRM roadmap.
- Coordinate delivery across central technology teams, academic units, and other decentralized stakeholder groups.
- Manage technical and organizational dependencies across complex Salesforce initiatives.




- Support subsequent strategic CRM initiatives following successful delivery of the initial transformation program.

Core Requirements

- 8–9 years of senior project management experience leading large-scale, complex enterprise software implementations.
- Demonstrated experience leading at least one Salesforce implementation.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including experience with Education Cloud or Service Cloud and the ability to manage technical dependencies.
- Proven experience establishing project monitoring, controls, health metrics, risk management, and mitigation processes.
- Experience independently identifying and resolving complex project delivery issues with minimal escalation.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Project delivery experience within public sector or higher education environments.
- Experience navigating decentralized organizations with consensus-based decision-making and extended approval processes.
- Salesforce Education Cloud experience.
- Salesforce Industry Cloud experience.
- Experience delivering multi-year enterprise CRM transformation programs.

Terms This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Vancouver, BC, with a hybrid work arrangement.



The role requires approximately 50% onsite attendance, consisting of two days per week plus one additional day every other week; Wednesday is a mandatory onsite day.
