Become a Case Worker at Street Worker's Advocacy Project Regina Inc., focused on the Raising Hope program. Provide critical support to pre and post natal women and their children experiencing substance use.

This permanent, full time position involves nurturing relationships with residents through coaching and advocacy. You will manage crisis situations, facilitate goal setting, and help clients navigate financial planning. As part of your role, you'll ensure safety and well-being through established policies and procedures while participating in case management meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and advocate for program residents
- Participate actively in case management meetings
- Offer transportation support for appointments
- Assist with financial planning and resource connections
- Apply safety policies for residents' protection

Requirements:

- 6-9 years of experience in relevant settings
- Some post-secondary education is essential
- Understanding of harm reduction and women's issues
- Class 5 Drivers License necessary
- Previous experience with families facing similar challenges

Support women and children in achieving their goals at the Raising Hope program.
