Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome families with confidence and a friendly demeanor
- Conduct tours for new families to ease their transition
- Process payments and manage registrations efficiently
- Respond promptly to phone and email communications
- Help families choose suitable programs for their swimmers

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a calm demeanor
- Comfortable with computers and new software
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Willingness to obtain Standard First Aid certification
