Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and document resident needs and care plans
- Implement effective nursing interventions for resident care
- Administer medications following safety protocols
- Coordinate care conferences and manage care assignments
- Educate residents and families on care best practices

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse license in the applicable province
- Preferred experience with unregulated care providers
- Excellent time management and customer focus capabilities
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support required
- Current Vulnerable Sector Screening within 6 months
