About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Growth Officer to spearhead its national growth strategy and enhance enterprise value. The successful candidate will be a senior executive with a primary focus on growing Assets Under Administration (AUA) through various channels, including advisor recruiting and retention, organic growth initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

This role is pivotal in driving sustained growth across the platform and requires a leader who can partner with the Executive Team to establish and execute growth priorities, as well as create and maintain a multi-year roadmap to achieve AUA, advisor recruitment, and revenue growth objectives.





Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a university degree in a relevant field and significant experience in the Canadian wealth management industry, particularly within an advisor-led, independent wealth management, investment dealer, or financial services environment.
The role demands a proven track record in driving business growth, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a collaborative leadership style. The ideal candidate will be highly relationship-oriented, entrepreneurial, and externally focused, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence effectively in a decentralized, relationship-driven workplace.
