Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze operational data and develop performance metrics
- Recommend process improvements based on thorough evaluations

- Develop robust dashboards for performance monitoring
- Communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in Business or related discipline
- At least three years of experience in business or operational analysis
- Experience in a regulated environment is an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tools
- Solid organizational and time management skills
