Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to establish individual intervention plans
- Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments
- Train educators on best practices in behaviour management
- Document student progress and response to interventions
- Support the creation of Crisis Management Plans
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis
- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst certification
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the field
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices
- Robust assessment and analytical skills
