- Actively engaging branch teams through in-person visits, team huddles, coaching conversations, and sales support to build excitement, confidence, and accountability around Visa recommendations
- Developing and delivering Visa product training, sales workshops, coaching sessions, team huddles,

and mentoring support for frontline employees and branch leaders
- Building frontline confidence in delivering member-centric and suitable Visa recommendations
- Acting as the Visa subject matter expert and point of contact for branch teams
- Creating, maintaining, and coordinating branch-facing job aids, FAQs, sales playbooks, and training resources in partnership with the appropriate readiness and change partners
- Gathering branch feedback and identifying opportunities to improve sales processes, tools, reporting, product knowledge, and workflows while escalating broader readiness or change management needs to the appropriate accountable teams
- Analyzing sales effectiveness, training adoption, and readiness to recommend continuous improvements
- Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Member Experience, Operations, Analytics, Risk, and branch teams to support product enhancements, policy changes, campaigns, and change management initiatives focused on Visa sales enablement and branch adoption

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, retail banking, credit card products, business development, training, or a related financial services role
- Demonstrated experience coaching, training, or developing frontline employees to achieve sales and performance goals
- Strong knowledge of credit card products, consumer lending, and banking products and services
- Experience analyzing sales performance and developing strategies to drive business growth
- A confident, engaging communication style with the ability to connect quickly with frontline employees, influence behaviour, and inspire action in a sales setting
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders through strong relationship-building skills and collaborate effectively across multiple business areas
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:
