We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to support a large-scale digital transformation and systems integration initiative within a complex healthcare environment.

This consultant will translate business, functional, and non-functional requirements into scalable architectural solutions while collaborating with enterprise architects, product leadership, technical analysts, developers, and subject-matter experts.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Recommend scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles and long-term technology strategy.
- Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, transition roadmaps, integration approaches, and current-to-future-state designs.
- Lead technical workshops and solution-validation sessions with subject-matter experts and delivery teams.
- Support the architecture and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Conduct gap analyses between platform capabilities and business or client requirements.
- Design solutions supporting complex healthcare interoperability and information exchange.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams across multiple organizations.
- Communicate architectural decisions, dependencies, risks, issues, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance throughout implementation.





Required Qualifications

- At least 10 years of recent experience in enterprise and/or solution architecture.
- Experience facilitating technical consultations with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Degree or equivalent education and experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Health Information Science, or a related discipline.
- Architecture experience within healthcare or another highly regulated, enterprise-scale environment.
- Experience with large-scale interoperability, systems integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience architecting enterprise solutions with strong consideration for business and strategic objectives.
- Ability to develop transition roadmaps and guide solutions from current-state to future-state architecture.
- Robust stakeholder management, consensus-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain language.
- Ability to work independently, provide technical leadership, and manage multiple priorities.

Highly Desirable

- Experience with Salesforce architecture and enterprise integrations.
- Experience within Canadian public-sector healthcare or similarly complex health systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare information standards.
- Architecture experience involving clinical, diagnostic, laboratory, or medical-imaging systems.
- Experience supporting initiatives spanning multiple organizations or jurisdictions.
