Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions, manage tabs, and handle cash accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering as necessary.




- Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00-$16.50 per hour
