Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality and adherence to food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Assist with food preparation, refilling stations, and basic kitchen duties as needed to support team efforts




- Manage guest inquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling protocols to uphold our commitment to guest health and safety

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for order processing
- Robust time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic food safety regulations
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- Experience with food industry standards including serving, upselling, cashiering, and guest services is highly desirable
- Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
