We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our unique client websites and content to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, generate / review analytics reports, and enhance overall online visibility. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO best practices, some technical web development, and analytics tools. The SEO Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that drive measurable results across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
- Optimize website metadata, including titles, descriptions, headers, and images, to improve search engine rankings.
- Implement technical SEO improvements using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance site performance and crawlability.
- Manage and analyze website data using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot and Google Tag Manager to monitor performance metrics.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages.
- Maintain and update WordPress,



Shopify, Payload websites, ensuring SEO plugins are properly configured for optimal results.
- Develop strategies for link building, local SEO, and on-page optimization
- Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing innovations to continuously refine strategies.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress platform management.
- Familiarity with metadata optimization techniques for improved search visibility.
- Experience conducting keyword research and implementing on-page SEO strategies in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
- Understanding of technical SEO principles including site architecture, crawl budget management, and page speed optimization.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts with an emphasis on organic search growth.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
- Robust communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated SEO professional to impact our online presence significantly while working in a dynamic team environment focused on innovation and growth.
