Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve all guests efficiently and courteously

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and a welcoming demeanor
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus; willingness to learn new technology
- Ability to handle multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing bills
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a dynamic restaurant workplace
