Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Previous serving experience in a restaurant is required for the position. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order completion.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and overall restaurant environment.

Requirements Must have previous serving experience in a restaurant.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
- Experience with POS systems
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
