Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a positive dining experience. This role requires a combination of food service skills, cash handling expertise, and strong customer service abilities to create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest service
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and cashier areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction




- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash accurately
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
