Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and proper food safety practices
- Assist with food preparation when necessary and support kitchen staff during busy periods




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing excellent guest services

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, math calculations, and order accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving or hospitality is advantageous
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation is beneficial but not required
