Souq Lebanese Grill is looking for a reliable and friendly Server to join our team on Howard Avenue.

Compensation: Minimum wage + tips

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) system
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Sweep and mop floors as needed
- Clean washrooms and other restaurant areas
- Assist with general restaurant cleaning duties
- Assist with other restaurant duties as needed
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean,



organized work area in compliance with sanitation standards and kitchen safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and guest satisfaction
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Support team members during busy periods through effective time management and teamwork

Requirements
- Previous serving experience is an asset.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable and hardworking
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $17.60 per hour
